SWEET MUSTARD SAUCE
This is a great with any meat, especially corned beef and ham.

Ingredients
  1. 2 eggs
  2. 2 Tablespoons sugar
  3. ½ teaspoon salt
  4. 4Tablespoons white wine vinegar
  5. 4 Tablespoons dry mustard powder (or what you have)
  6. 2 Tablespoons water
Instructions
  1. In a bowl suspended over a pot of simmering water -
  2. Whisk the eggs.
  3. Add the rest of ingredients.
  4. Keep whisking till thick.
  5. Do not allow to overheat as the mix will curdle.
  6. Keeps well in fridge.
