SWEET MUSTARD SAUCE
This is a great with any meat, especially corned beef and ham.
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 4Tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 4 Tablespoons dry mustard powder (or what you have)
- 2 Tablespoons water
- In a bowl suspended over a pot of simmering water -
- Whisk the eggs.
- Add the rest of ingredients.
- Keep whisking till thick.
- Do not allow to overheat as the mix will curdle.
- Keeps well in fridge.
