WHOLE STEWED SUMMER PLUMS
The colour of these plums is stunning especially when plated up with a dollop of fresh Greek yoghurt.

Ingredients
  1. Fresh summer plums.
  2. Sugar
  3. Water
Instructions
  1. Put a little water and sugar to taste into a large pot and heat.
  2. Put a layer of plums in, just covering the base.
  3. Bring to the boil.
  4. Give a quick stir around to mix into the syrupy water .
  5. Cover with a lid and allow the pot to steam up.
  6. Remove from the hob and put into your Heylo bag to stand for an hour.
  7. Cool and serve the whole plums and syrup into a lovely white dish to show off the beautiful colour.
  8. Serve with good creamy plain yoghurt.
  9. A visual delight.
Notes
  1. Add a stick of cinnamon for a hint of added flavor.
